Of course we do. And now the country is broke and the banks are failing and we can’t spread any more wealth until we fix the out of control spending by the government.

Yup, that’s how it goes. There are some in need, but many who are just lazy. The point to recognize here is that Obama wants to spread more to those who are in need as well as those who are lazy.

In college I lived near some gov’t subsidized low income housing. During the week in the middle of the day, I’d drive by on the way to work or class and see groups of able-bodied people outside, playing basketball, just enjoying themselves.

When you bust your ass in school, rack up college debt to get a job to try to get ahead. You don’t want to see your money going to those kind of people. Obama wants to send them even more.

THAT is not “FAIR”

Paying taxes and income redistribution are two different things.

But we do not want to make the wealthy poor so that we are all equal.
It isn’t even democrat vs Republicans any more it is freedom vs communism.
